Live life with a view.   Waterfront homes are unique in many ways.  They require two "front" facades - the water side as well as the driveway approach; there is an entryway into the house from the water...also known as the mudroom; the scullery or the breezeway and of course there is the need to provide views - from every bedroom and living space if possible.   While sharing these qualities, each piece of property and each client makes every home unique.
